About Rise Executive

Rise Executive is the leading specialist consultancy Division of the Rise Group.  It consists of experienced recruiters, able to manage exclusive and head hunting assignments, predominantly within, but not limited to the contact centre and financial services sectors and handles multi-disciplinary positions in general.

Overview:

  • To be responsible for the day to day supervision of the Facilities Management Team, to include general administration and maintenance of the  officesand their contents, also maintaining records relating to the Health, Safety and Welfare regulations and requirements.
  • Assist in managing the internaltelecommunications system, and supplies of furniture and equipment.
  • Responsible for contacting and arranging maintenance and repair of services under contract and those not under contract.

The following outcomes will be expected to be achieved by the post holder

  • Security and cleaning personnel, ensuring that they are clear aboutexpected standards of performance, motivate and develop to provideprofessional FM services
  • To Supervise the Facilities Management Team including contracted procedures are in place which meet legal requirements, best practice and organisational objectives
  • To ensure that effective and appropriate Health and Safety policies and breakdowns to office equipment and call out contractor if required: andoversee work done
  • Investigate and respond accordingly to any reports of faults, fittings as necessary
  • Arrange for general maintenance of office equipment, fixtures and for inspection by Emergency Services and Local authority
  • Assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining Health and Safety records supervise twice weekly visits for collection and delivery of archivedocumentation and office equipment
  • First line of contact with all external utilities and general housekeeping
  • Telecommunication changes and up keep of telephone system of service level agreements between FM and customers
  • To help the Facilities Manager manage and monitor the effectiveness
  • Assist Facilities Manager in office moves
  • Assist Facilities Manager in the procurement of best prices in complies with statutory requirements

Experience

  • 5 GCSEs at grade C orabove or equivalent, or havesubstantial work experiencein similar role.
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience in dealing withoutside contractors
  • Experience in orderingconsumables and nonconsumables, by telephoneor on -line
