Credit Controller Glasgow   To £22,000

HR Consultancy are working alongside a leading worldwide business based North of Glasgow City Centre, who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join them as a result of continued business growth.  

To be considered for this role you will have a steady career history within business to business Credit Control, ideally on an international platform.  You will have experience of working within a Retail environment and managing relationships with high value clients.  Excellent communication and negotiation skills are key for this role. 

Main responsibilities will include

• Managing a ledger of key clients
• Opening new accounts, processing credit checks and identifying high risk accounts
• Chasing money by telephone and email
• Maintaining and building on client relationship
• Issuing reminders and statements
• Placing orders on hold and releasing orders
• Cash allocation
