My client a leader in the oilfield service industry based in Dyce, Aberdeen are currently looking to recruit a Fishing Tools Supervisor.
Offshore or rig-site supervision of equipment and the execution of planned well intervention activities.
Check the work program and verify that the objectives can be achieved in a safe, cost effective and timely manner.
Ensure that activities are conducted in a manner that will ensure existing safety, quality and timing objectives are met or exceeded.
Promote as a leader in the provision of well servicing equipment and services.
Foster good working relationships with clients, offshore supervisors and other contractors.
Establish good interpersonal relationships with other personnel, maintaining clear communication channels and keeping information flowing.
Record and report all relevant job data in an accurate, neat and timely manner.
To be on 24 hour call with no fixed rotation
To participate in a structured training programme.
Must be flexible in approach to working environment and be willing to travel abroad where necessary.
