Our client, one of the countries leading banks require Sales Agents  to join their expanding contact centre in Glasgow City Centre.

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY STARTING IN AUGUST

Duties:

• Answering inbound enquiries in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service at first point of contact
• Promoting and recommending products and services
• Making sure all customer information is correct and up-to-date
• Maintain a good understanding of the companies products and services including key features and benefits

The Ideal Candidate:

• Must be confident, enthusiastic, and eager
• Have experience in a Customer Service/Telesales
• Be customer service and sales focused
• Be self motivated
• Enjoy working to targets

You must have a stable work history, preferably no more than 3 jobs in the past 2 years
