My client is seeking a hands on Store Manager for their high st / high end ladies boutique. Targeting the 30 something lady who likes to lunch, socialise, work and play with confidence and in style.

Your focus will be to drive the company name and ensure its presence in the Aberdeen area. Kip's will include recruitment, staff training, development, driving sales, educating staff and clients about the brand, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all staff are too, Excellent Visual Merchandising skills are a must.
