Job purpose:
To prepare annual statutory accounts and ensure that they are filed at Companies House within filing deadlines.
To liaise with external auditors.
To provide relevant analysis to the tax accountants
Duties:
Liaise with external auditors.
Provide the tax accountants with accurate and relevant information and analysis.
Ensure that annual statutory accounts are lodged with Companies House within filing deadlines.
Maintain Statutory Records including Statutory Books, Board Minutes and filing of Annual Returns.
Liaise with the Operations Controllers to bring the management accounts and statutory accounts into line by booking statutory adjustments to the General Ledger.
Contribute to the continuing development and implementation of improved processes and procedures within the department.
Any other delegated responsibilities as instructed by Line Management.
The successful individual will be a qualified Accountant possessing first class reporting, audit, tax and communication skills.
