Motor Claims Specialists (Glasgow and Manchester) Glasgow   up to £25K +Bonus+ Benefits

Hudson are currently recruiting for individuals with extensive Motor Claims experience to work for prestigious insurance organisation in their Glasgow and Manchester offices

The main duties and responsibilities will be:

• Responsible for own caseload of claims, with settlement authority  
• Answer all incoming calls efficiently and politely ensuring the customer receives the best possible service at all times
• Working with external organisations (solicitors, breakdown companies etc) to bring the claim through to successful completion
• Keep all relevent parties up to date the how the case and claim is progressing
• Make decisions about the validity and correct processing of the claim
• Maintain the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction Deal with more complex complaints from customers and resolve successfully 

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
