Eden Scott’s Public Sector client requires a Procurement Manager to join the team for 6 Months

The Role: 

This 6 month contract will see you working on ITT above and below EU thresholds.

Essential

·        The successful candidate must have experience working in a Public Sector Procurement department with ITT.

·        You will have  working knowledge of OJEU policy and procedures

o        You must be able to provide evidence of at least 3 end to end procurement exercises through following EU procedures.

·         Proven ability to negotiate and manage suppliers

·         Basic Disclosure Certification

Desirable

·         Working knowledge of Verticalnet
