Our client is a major provider in the contract maintenance sector. They are currently looking to recruit several Electrical Shift Engineers for their sites in the East Coast.
RESPONSIBILITIES
To carry out maintenance, repair and small installation tasks as directed.
Maintaining the buildings electrical and mechanical systems along with all associated component parts.
Routine tests, checks and record keeping upon the buildings electrical and mechanical systems.
Working with the BMS
PPM's and Reactive maintenance schedules
Responding to BMS and fire alarms and utilising the system for first line diagnostics
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Qualified Electrician ( 16 th Edition )
Experience using BMS experience.
Understanding of the operation and monitoring of major LV switchgear, generators
Working experience of UPS systems
