THE BUSINESS
JPA’s client, a boutique recruitment company specialising in the UK investment banking and financial services sectors requires an experienced professional services consultant for their Edinburgh branch. The company are experts at placing permanent and contract professionals into an established portfolio of world leading banks and financial services organisations. They currently have a requirement for a recruitment consultant to join their Edinburgh office.
THE JOB
Based in Edinburgh you will join a team of expert banking and financial service recruitment consultants. You will inherit an established portfolio of some of the world’s best banking and financial services institutions, providing specialist permanent and contract business support candidates. Much of the business is repeat and ongoing so the role requires an outstanding service-led account manager.
THE CANDIDATE
Articulate and polished, you will have a proven record of achievement in professional services recruitment. Ideally from a Business Support, Accountancy & Finance or Financial Services recruitment background, you will have evidence of generating new business and of successfully managing key accounts of blue chip and corporate clients.
THE PACKAGE
You will receive a flexible basic salary depending on experince plus an uncapped OTE and bonus.
