THE BUSINESS
JPA’s client, a leading UK specialist recruitment company requires an experienced Manufacturing Consultant to join their Edinburgh office. Established over five years ago, this niche consultancy has grown into the largest of its kind in UK and is the market leader in their sector. Due to expansion they currently have opportunity vacant for an outstanding individual to head up their manufacturing division.
THE JOB
Based in Edinburgh you will be responsible for developing existing relationships and generating new business through your network of contacts. You will provide mid to senior level permanent general manufacturing recruitment solutions to businesses throughout Scotland and UK. You will target a wide cross section of industry, placing Production Managers, Operation Managers, Quality Managers, Supply Chain Managers, Engineers and Technicians. You will have a blank canvass to grow and develop the division as you see fit and after a period of success, will be able to build as team, becoming Divisional Manager.
THE CANDIDATE
You will be a high achieving consultant with a proven record of business development from within manufacturing recruitment. You will have evidence of generating significant permanent revenue streams by placing manufacturing, technical and engineering candidates into companies throughout UK. You will now be at the stage in your career where you are ready for a new challenge and are keen to step up to a position with more responsibility and genuine long term prospects.
THE PACKAGE
For your talents, you will receive a basic salary to £25k plus an uncapped OTE, bonus and generous commission structure as well as healthcare, pension and holiday and cash rewards.
