This wide-ranging and interesting position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a change / project management role where you will be responsible for project and programme management in support of the development and delivery of their strategic change plan.
Your remit will be broad ranging driving forward new and effective business and change management strategies moving forward. Working in partnership with colleagues in their business you will be a crucial project management expert delivering project/programmes on time to cost and quality.
Candidates we are particularly interested keen to speak to will be strong experienced Project Managers who have solid insurance business (operational and / or commercial) experience gained within an insurance / service provider or retail financial services organisation. You will have strong process and control management projects throughout the entire lifecycle, delivery focused with retail financial services systems & processes design and implementation experience. Another area of interest is previous management of external suppliers and of multi-disciplinary teams.
However, equally important will be your strong business acumen, excellent communication skills with the ability to work alongside all levels of stakeholders providing an advice and guidance.
