As this is a customer facing role you will need to have strong communication and influencing skills. Due to the nature of the role, you will need to be a self starter and be able to demonstrate drive and self motivation.
You will need to be a problem solver who can work as part of a team or on an individual basis.
The Role
The role will be part telecoms; part IT based so will require experience in both areas. It will be moving in the direction of the IT elements, so the ongoing requirements will be Routing/LAN/WAN in Cisco and HP. Ideally the correct candidate will have their experience backed up by an element of Microsoft Server/Applications experience.
