Regional Civil Engineering contractor seeks an experienced Estimator to manage their civil engineering division based in Ayrshire. The company turnover circa £20M in value with projects ranging from £1-6M in value. Contracts include competitive tender and a lot of negotiated work through existing partners therefore a flexible pricing strategy is essential.
Projects include public realm works, roads, carriageways and surfacing and ground works packages for major commercial and retail developments.

This is a senior position and as such requires an experienced Civils Estimator with good man management skills to be able to lead the team. A proven track record in civil engineering estimating is essential, ideally with a technical background as a qualified Civil Engineer / Site Manager to demonstrate a technical understanding.
Salary will reflect experience.
