Estimator - Ground Maintenance / LandscapingKilmarnock   Up to £50 000 plus car / car allowance, pension and healthcare

National grounds maintenance and landscaping company with a strong reputation for delivering high quality services to public and private sector clients across Scotland has a current requirement for an Estimator to work out of its Ayrshire office. Contracts range from small individual projects servicing individual properties and valued at £2,000 a year, up to large framework agreements with major national companies – valued at around the £1M mark per year.

The ideal candidate will already be an Estimator with experience pricing and compiling tenders and pre-qualifications for grounds maintenance and landscaping contracts. They will however look at Estimating candidates from other disciplines who have a strong interest in moving into this sector or candidates who have operational grounds maintenance / landscaping experience.
