Client Engagement Manager Glasgow   £40000 - £60000 per annum

Our client a well established financial services organisation is seeking a Client Engagement Manager to join them.

In this role you will lead the implementation of the firm's client management strategy including the design and implementation of client management programmes throughout the firm and across all service lines. You will build and maintain strong links throughout the firm in order to promote, deliver and implement client management programmes and you will also be responsible for regularly reviewing and evaluating the programmes. You will present reports of your findings to senior management and you will identify and implement plans that will improve client engagement levels. A key part of your role will be to lead, review and develop the current CRM system, taking into consideration any requirements for system relaunch, change or ongoing maintenance. You will also assist with the development and training of direct reports.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background of working within a client management role and you have experience of developing and implementing client management programmes. Experience of managing and developing a CRM system is essential as is the ability to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders.
