Customer Service Assistant Edinburgh   £11,500-£13,000 pro rata

This role involves working as part of a team manning the busy Opticians reception area, undertaking various admin duties, making appointments on the in-house computer system and providing excellent customer service.

Along with excellent customer service experience and previous retail or optical experience, you should enjoy working with the public.

Working in our Davidsons Mains store, you will work 4 days per week including Saturdays (30 hours per week).  Salary is in the region of £11,500 - £13,000 per annum pro rata, dependent on skills and experience and includes an excellent Benefits Package.
