This is a newly created position within a national Digital & Multimedia agency for a highly experienced Digital Team Leader.
You will oversee a team of up to 8 design & development staff and will be responsible for the scheduling of work, trafficking of projects as well as the overall quality control of the output.
This is a hybrid role combining Production, management, web designn & web development. Ideally, therefore, your background will be solidly within development or design from a digital agency perspective.
It is essential that you have fantastic organisational skills; solid management experience; ability to multi task and a focussed attitude to project delivery. You will have 5 years+ agency experience, either in design or development (but with an appreciation of both), you will be passionate about the cut & thrust of agency life and be painstakingly pernickity about quality procedures.
Salary range £30,000 - £35,000.
