This is a fabulous opportunity to join one of our clients who are forward thinking and extremely rewarding to their staff. We immediately require sales consultants to promote and sell their exciting and very competitive products. You will contact potential customers to ensure that your individual target is achieved.

Key areas of focus: -maximising all revenue generating opportunities whilst providing an efficient, professional service to customers -accurately input customer data -meet quality standards, such as adherence to call script, compliance with insurance regulation and error rates in inputting data. -operating within productivity and quality measures -complying with the principles of the Financial Services Act Skills and requirements: -experience in a sales and service environment is essential (e.g. contact centre, retail, B2B, field) -good working knowledge of PC packages -experience of working in the insurance industry is an advantage however, not essential -excellent communication skills, both verbally and written -strong ability to perform well under pressure in a positive manner Rewards/Benefits -£15,300 salary rising to £18,300 after six months upon achieving target and executive status -Opportunity to qualify for a fully expensed company car after six months -excellent two week shift pattern -state of the art facilities including gymnasium -flexible benefits package including on-site Nursery to help with childcare -discounted products
