>> You have experience of managing architectural projects and have a good working knowledge of Autocad. As well as having an HNC in Building or a BSc in Architectural Technology you have working knowledge of statutory consent applications, CDM regulations and you have the ability to travel within Aberdeenshire. A working knowledge of database systems eg. Excel, Word is desirable. >> You will be required to provide a full range of Architectural services under the supervision of the Principal Architect, including the preparation and provision of design proposals, technical drawings and associated information.

Job Purpose

>> To provide a full range of Architectural services under the supervision of the Principal Architect, including preparation and provision of design proposals, technical drawings and associated information.

Main Tasks

• Preparation and provision of presentation design, technical drawings and specifications for designated projects
• Organisation, day-to-day running and administration of designated projects
• Surveying of sites, buildings etc and subsequent plotting of same
• Associated office duties
