Senior Designer Edinburgh   £26-30K per annum

This is a progressive career opportunity for a talented designer to join a growing team within an integrated agency.  With a commitment to building their digital offering in particular, this is an appointment with much scope for growth in this area. This is a challenging role whereby you will be working along side the Creative Director on various design projects with ongoing responsibility for developing the digital offering for the organisation. 

It is essential that you have solid design agency experience with solid digital design experience (i.e. minimum 30% of your time is spent on web design projects and this is an area you are passionate about). You will have demonstrable knowledge of website design, navigation and usability issues as well as a wider creative ability. You should be able to speak knowledgably about brands, and about creating positive user experiences, and must be able to generate creative concepts for digital and print campaigns. Experience with some basic front end development would be advantageous although not essential.

You should have a design degree or be able to demonstrate equivalent on the job experience. You will be a highly organised and experienced creative designer/artworker, and be able to manage all aspects of print production … but in addition to this, you will have an affiliation to all matters digital. It's crucial that you are able to work autonomously and have the ability to, within a relatively short period of time, step up to Digital Creative Director level.
