IT/IP Paralegal Glasgow

An IT/IP Paralegal is required to join this large commercial firm. This is a rare opportunity to gain experience within the specialist area of Brand Protection, working with one of the top team's in the UK.

To be considered, you will have gained previous experience working within a research focussed role, ideally within IT/IP however this is not essential, a genuine interest in this area however will be required.

Your duties will include writing 7 day letters for trademark infringement, chasing infringers for resolution or payment, arranging negotiation or mediation meetings and drafting appropriate claims forms or summonses.
