This is a customer service role with real responsibility. When people make insurance claims to Aviva we have to make sure we manage the process with total integrity, accuracy and efficiency. If you have the communication skills, upbeat nature and organised approach we need, you can handle all this as one of our Claims Advisors.

Join us in Perth and you’ll deal with household insurance claims, helping people through the process, asking the right questions and taking down all the relevant information. You’ll then meticulously check the facts and weigh up the information in order to make an accurate decision about each claim.

The ability to manage your own workload is vital, as are a commitment to hard work and the empathy necessary to put yourself in the caller’s shoes. In return, we offer excellent, in-depth training to make sure you’re up to speed on this job before you start it in earnest.

The Claims team work on a shift system and all the roles we have available at present are on a permanent. If you want to work only evenings or weekend shifts, we can accommodate that too.
