A vacancy for a Client Services Support Supervisor has arisen to work for this prestigious company based in Edinburgh city centre.

Main responsibilities:

  • Supervise & co-ordinate day to day operation of the team
  • Hands on rota cover as required
  • Monitor and review the team rota in response to service demands and available resource
  • Evaluate individual and team performance/training requirement in support of the firm’s annual Performance and Development Review process
  • Assign tasks and projects to individuals as appropriate
  • Communicate with other teams and/or individuals to facilitate service delivery across the firm
  • Provide cover for reception and telephony duties according to the weekly rota.
  • Review team procedures and communicate as necessary
  • Maintain a record of Reception activity and interpret call reporting statistics
  • Prepare a monthly report on activity
  • Ensure up to date procedures recorded, reviewed and communicated
  • Liaise with 3rd party suppliers and maintain a record of expenditure as required
  • Make recommendations to manager regarding significant change to staffing and procedures
  • Requisition of necessary stationery and supplies.

You will have the following skills:

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
  • Must be able to demonstrate experience of reception/telephony work (3 years)
  • Must be able to demonstrate strong pc skills in support of the role and with particular reference to Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
