An exciting opportunity has arisen for an office administrator to join the admin department of dns ltd based on Princes Street, Edinburgh. The role will involve managing a busy call system and carrying out general admin duties.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Ensuring general office tidiness and maintenance

·         Maintaining pre employment checks

·         Answering and screening phone calls

·         Processing staff holidays and absences

·         Liaising with Abby Business Centre reception

·         Assisting in the induction process

·         Organising employee travel arrangements

·         Arranging meetings, venues and catering

·         Scanning and filing various documents

·         Writing weekly sickness report

·         Collecting, screening and distributing mail

·         Replenishing stationary

·         Processing senior management expenses

·         Assisting in the organisation of corporate events

·         Assisting with adhoc HR duties

 

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

·         Strong communication skills

·         Good time management skills

·         Good attention to detail

·         Ability to work well under pressure

·         Experience of Outlook and Word

 

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

·         Previous experience of working in an office environment

·         Experience of Excel
