£11836 - £13000 per annum

Duties and Tasks
* Provide a high quality of administrative and clerical support on an ad hoc basis.
* Provide a reception service.
* Handle general enquiries at Reception, e.g. receiving deliveries.
* Assist the booking of meeting rooms and direct attendees accordingly.
* Provide support services to meetings e.g. the provision of refreshments, the organisation of catering facilities and ensuring that meeting rooms are tidy at all times.
* Minute meetings
* Sort and electronically log incoming and outgoing mail.
* Operate computer based applications including word processing, spreadsheets and database software.
* Undertake photocopying and filing.
* Undertake, as directed by the Office Manager, such other administrative and clerical duties
Experience Required
* Standard Grade English or equivalent
* Experience of Microsoft Office
* Friendly, efficient and organised demeanour
* Tact & diplomacy
* Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative
* Willingness to learn
* Well developed verbal and written communication skills
* Good prioritising skills and attention to detail
* Experience (intermediate level) of using Microsoft Office.
* Previous experience within an office environment
