Insurance Officer Edinburgh   £18,500 to £24,000 per annum

This highly regarded Insurance organisation ,who operate within a niche market sector across the full range of personal and commercial insurances, now require an Insurance Officer to operate in a technical and support role within their business. Based in the Edinburgh office and assisting the established and experienced team you will become a key member of staff within the firm.

As the Insurance Officer your main responsibilities will be to provide support to an established portfolio of niche clients, ensuring that their Insurance accounts are handled and maintained in accordance with industry guidelines and timescales.You will manage a business portfolio and oversee the day to day account handling duties as well as providing ongoing support to the branch director and other colleagues.

A basic salary of £18,500 to £24,000 will reward the successful individual.You will have previous experience either within a commercial broking or underwriting role and a working knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines within the general insurance industry.
