Insolvency Manager Glasgow   £28k to £32k

Our client is looking for an experienced, driven Insolvency Manager to train, develop and oversee the day to day running of the Personal Insolvency Teams. As well managing and controlling a large portfolio of cases, you will be tasked with ensuring that compliance is adhered to and that best practice is followed.

Key responsibilities include:

- To inspire, lead, coach and develop the team and managing 1-2-1's

- Esuring that the team delivers a high standard of service

- Translate business strategy into operational goals via targets, objectives and services levels.

- Address any employee issues in line with HR policies

- To support the team with complex queries

- General office management

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

·         Proven management experience, ideally 3 to 5 years.

·         Engaging leadership style, able to build credibility at all levels, internally and externally.

·         Proven experience in personal insolvency

·         CPI qualified which is essential

·         Excellent communication and influencing skills

·         Able to demonstrate resilience and flexibility in a demanding and fast paced environment.

·         Accountable and takes ownership, with a desire to succeed

·         Strong team player with the ability and willingness to spread knowledge and train the team, keen to contribute to business objectives.

The hours are 9am to 5.30pm (37.5hrs a week).
