Fantastic opportunity for a permanent role within the UK's largest retail bank that is growing from strength to strength

Working within a Call and Contact Centre , you will contact customers to negotiate payments on their overdue accounts.

Previous experience and the ability to work within a targeted environment is essential for this role. An excellent telephone manner and the ability to plan and organise your own workload is a priority and you must have excellent administrative experience and previous Call Centre experience. Previous collections experience would be an advantage
