Emtelle can point to many years of experience and success in its two core business sectors: FttX (Fibre-to-the-X), where our renowned air blown fibre technology is used in numerous high-bandwidth applications around the world, and Infrastructure, where we deploy our ducted network solutions for Power and Geothermal applications amongst others.

We currently have the following vacancy

Customer Service and Sales Support Agent/Specialist
(Hawick)

The successful applicant will help provide a full administrative service in a fast moving international customer service environment. You will be expected to respond to customer enquiries, provide the latest product information as well as verify and process customer orders. In addition you will also manage the administration of high profile European projects.

Applicants will have demonstrable experience in international sales administration including preparation of export documentation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure using their own initiative. A high degree of literacy in Microsoft Office packages is essential. Language skills would be of a distinct advantage.
