We require people to join our Customer Retentions Team and offer a proactive, friendly and knowledgeable service to our customers.
You will ensure high levels of customer care and service are met at all times. This role is target focussed and you will work towards retaining existing Mobile Broadband customers and offering them extensions to their current contracts.
To succeed you will need to have good listening skills, objection handling skills and be comfortable working towards sales targets. In addition there will be some cross selling to promote additional products and services. An element of problem solving will be involved to overcome barriers, so you will need to have the ability to think on your feet and be prepared to persuade and influence customers.
