Hours of Work (Monday -Thursday 9:00am-5pm, Friday 9:00am - 4.30pm)

Your responsibilities will include;

Maintaining strong customer relationships to encourage and secure contract renewals

Identify potential strategic opportunities to feed the "Strategic Account" opportunities funnel for the Customer Services Manager

Assist in understanding and mapping identified key accounts

Re-inforce company commercial offerings and process opportunities that are clear and immediate

Reporting of sales figures on a weekly basis

The successful candidate will display the following attributes;

Must have experience of dealing with companies in some capacity

Candidates must have the ability to give examples of dealing with customers and generally giving 1st class customer service

Must demonstrate willingness to work as part of a team

Must be PC literate with good keyboard skills

Presentable with excellent communication skills
