This role is focused on ensuring that Santander delivers the best customer service experience on the high street and ensuring risks within branch are identified and addressed. You will be motivated to delight customers and achieve sales while ensuring we meet all our regulatory and financial security requirements.
Leading your branch to perform at the highest standards within quality and control procedures, you’ll always be looking for ways to improve things. You’ll work with your colleagues to build positive relationships with new and existing customers giving advice and information on products. You’ll need to combine experience of being part of a customer-facing sales team, possibly in a retail sales environment, with a detailed understanding of branch or store control procedures and financial security. Ideally you will also have retail banking experience.
