P/T CUSTOMER ADVISOR Largs   £9629 per annum + Including weekend allowances

Our client requires a part-time Customer Adviser to work as part of a team providing excellent customer service to new and existing clients understanding their needs and promoting the business and its products together with those of its third-party suppliers. MUST HAVE CASH HANDLING EXPERIENCE.

You will contribute to the branch sales target through achieving agreed set targets. You will focus on new customer growth and ensuring that existing customers are offered excellent customer service. Processing transactions, handling cash and cheques and responding to enquiries both face to face and on telephone will be a major focus within your role as will listening and understanding the customer in order to highlight opportunities for cross selling where appropriate.

You must have experience of working in a customer service environment and be comfortable and confident talking to customers both face to face and on the telephone.

• The working week involves 25 core hours, Monday to Friday, 9am - 2pm
• In addition to this, Saturday working is required on a rota basis 9am - 12pm
