Our client are one of the UK's leading accountancy and business advisory groups with 44 offices and almost 2000 staff across the UK. Due to maternity a requirement now exists for a highly experienced Accounts Assistant (Transactional Specialist) to join the team on contract basis, initially for 9 months. There may be an opportunity of the post progressing to permanent but this is NOT definite at this stage.
The Role
Based in Grangemouth, you will provide a wide variety of functions to the business which will
include sales ledger, credit control, banking control, some purchase ledger and general accounts.
This is a fast moving and high volume role where you will answer queries on transactions
therefore strong attention to detail and communication skills are required. We are looking for
someone ideally with some good financial administration skills, a flexible team player who is
capable of taking ownership of clients. Hours or work will be Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm.
Key Criteria
To be successful in this role you will have high attention to detail, excellent customer service skills and will be an outstanding communicator at all levels. You will also be comfortable working in a high volume role working towards deadlines and delivering consistent quality standards.
