Engage Advisors have the skills and tenacity required to motivate and empower clients to find solutions to their 'barriers' to work through one-to-one and group support.

Advisors support clients with different reasons for being unemployed who need different support to get back to work. The skill is deciding on the best route for each client.

In both roles you must be able to handle the responsibility and thrive on exceeding high performance targets. Each day will bring fresh challenges so you must be committed and extremely resourceful.
