Increasing rewards for the sales force, with increased earning potential for higher performing advisers.
This is an out-and-out sales role based within a Retail branch , advising on one of the most competitive and comprehensive product ranges in the business, helping customers to find the solution thats right for them. Branch based financial advisor role able to provide advice on protection, pension, savings and investments. Given their client base 90% of business is likely to be investment related. Financial Advisors are able to deal with any level of investment business unlike many other high street banks, giving maximum exposure to customers.
Ideal Candidate: FPC3 or Equivalent & Current CAS status with a proven track records in Sales (100% + of target)
Salary package : Tiered Salaries up to £45,675 + uncapped bonus & flexible benefits package
