SENIOR PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR,  GLASGOW,            £DOE

Our client a well known consultancy is seeking a senior pensions administrator for their Glasgow office.

To work as part of a team providing an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for complex defined member events. Perform complex calculations, enter pensions data and answer complex enquiries.

Duties:

• Continuous achievement of volume and quality targets set by the business.
• Undertake checking activity as required to support team members
• Promptly and professionally communicate with clients and scheme members on complex queries as required by letter, email and telephone.
• Provide support and guidance for other team members
• Ensure complaints are notified to the team manager

Qualification

• QPA/DPC professional qualification achieved or significant progress made and /or proven demonstrable experience in pensions administration at the required technical and behavioural competency level.
• Experience of working across several occupational schemes DB (or DB and DC)
