SENIOR PENSIONS ADMINISTRATOR, GLASGOW, £DOE
Our client a well known consultancy is seeking a senior pensions administrator for their Glasgow office.
To work as part of a team providing an accurate, reliable and high standard of administration service for complex defined member events. Perform complex calculations, enter pensions data and answer complex enquiries.
Duties:
- Continuous achievement of volume and quality targets set by the business.
- Undertake checking activity as required to support team members
- Promptly and professionally communicate with clients and scheme members on complex queries as required by letter, email and telephone.
- Provide support and guidance for other team members
- Ensure complaints are notified to the team manager
Qualification
- QPA/DPC professional qualification achieved or significant progress made and /or proven demonstrable experience in pensions administration at the required technical and behavioural competency level.
- Experience of working across several occupational schemes DB (or DB and DC)
