Our client is a well known Hotel and part of one of the UK’s most prestigious hotel groups, they are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to aid in this exceptionally high quality banqueting and high profile wedding venue

Role Criteria

       The ideal Sous Chef will have previous hotel experience  

       Ideally you will have volume/banqueting experience

       The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting in maintaining high levels of hygiene and health and safety

       The Sous Chef will be responsible for junior staff development and ensuring high levels of food standards are achieved

       The Sous Chef will be reporting directly into the Head Chef

       Sous Chef must be passionate and the ability to cope under pressure
