Michael Page is advertising an Accountant position based in Edinburgh in the accounting and finance sector.

The Role:
• Preparation of monthly finance reports and relevant supporting data. Assist in the preparation of detailed monthly Gross Margin analysis reports.

• Provision of quarterly information and commentary required for group reporting. Assist in the quarterly review of mark-to-market figures produced by the derivative accountant.

• Working capital management and maintenance of cash flow computations.

• Ensure compliance with local statutory and US GAAP requirements, including the preparation of statutory accounts.

• Preparation of both the UK annual tax computation and US GAAP quarterly tax computations.

• Assist with planning department in the preparation and reconciliation of budgets and other reporting requirements.   We are looking for:
