Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator (maternity cover – 1 year)

£16,900 - £18,500 per annum

Busy family run business in modern Glasgow City Centre location seeks person competent with bookkeeping and Quickbooks to manage all transactions in and out of our property letting company. This will include receiving rents; paying landlords and contractors; handling payroll; VAT and expenses.  It also includes bank reconciliations, chasing rent arrears and following through with the court eviction process.

You must be honest and reliable, assertive and able to cope with pressure. You must possess excellent organisational skills as you will be expected to work autonomously to tight deadlines.  Experience of the property letting industry and competence with CFP Winman would be an advantage.
