My client a local charity are currently seeking a part time administrator to provide support to the inhouse team. This vacancy has arisen due to long term sickness in the team. Key duties will include:
- Diary management
- Reception duties
- Signing in visitors and clients
- Answering incoming calls and passing them on internally
- Filing
- Photocopying
- Typing minutes
You will have a standard or enhanced disclosure Scotland in place and checked within the last 6 months. Have administration experience preferably within the public sector and be able to start work asap and commit to a long term part time temporary assignment.
