We have a fantastic opportunity for a Demi Chef/Chef de Partie to join an award winning brigade on the outskirts of Glasgow
Requirements of Chef De Partie:
Experience in first class establishments.
Previous experience of working with volume in a busy property.
Rosette experience
Willingness to learn.
At least a year at similar level and type of property.
Passion for fresh food and ingredients.
Calm and pro-active approach.
Great team player.
