CUSTOMER SERVICE - CONTACT ADVISOR
Location: Glasgow City Centre (easily accessible by public transport)
Hours: Mon - Fri between 8am - 6pm and possible weekend work
Salary: £8.50p/h, weekly pay
Contract: Ongoing temporary contract
The Position:
You will be working within a contact centre environment with responsibility for handling calls and written communications (requests, queries and complaints) from clients.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written, comfortable dealing with customers at all levels.
- Must have experience following financial service compliance.
- Financial service contact centre/branch experience essential.
- Broad understanding of the financial service industry
- Confidence in handling pressurised situations including complaints.
- Experience of upselling products essential.
- Must be educated to Higher Grade, Degree or Equivalent
- YOU MUST PASS A CREDIT CHECK and reference check covering the last 3 years.
