CUSTOMER SERVICE - SCHEDULING TEAM MEMBER

This is an excellent opportunity to work within a strong customer service team and within an organisation with a friendly and open environment with opportunities to progress internally.

Location:          Hillington Industrial Estate

Salary:              To be confirmed

Hours:              Must be flexible to work rotational shift patterns as this is a

                           24/7 operation

Contract:          6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Role Overview:

This is an inbound customer service role which requires you to effectively and efficiently schedule plan maintenance work and to respond positively to customer calls, raise reactive fault work orders and schedule out to engineering resource.

Experience Required:

  • Must be computer literate and confident in MS Office
  • Experience of Maximo or a similar Computer Maintenance Management System would be desireable
  • Experience of working within an engineering/maintenance environment and familiarity with engineering terminology would be beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service skills essential
  • Strong time management and prioritising skills also essential
