Client Contract Agent - Inbound Glasgow   £16,500

We have an exiting opportunity to join this prestigious city centre based financial services company.  

Job Role:

• You will be taking inbound calls from customers
• Resolving queries and actioning requests
• Updating the internal data base
• Working to service level agreements and deadlines
• Up-selling to customer as required

To be considered for this role you require the following:

• Previous customer service or sales experience from working in a financial company
• No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years
• To be successful for this role you MUST be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check and provide 5 years worth of references.

You will work a 35 hour week between 8am – 6pm Mon to Friday
