Our prestigious city centre based client is currently recruiting for customer service specialist’s to join their successful and continually expanding team. If you are dedicated to ensuring customers receive the best service and products possible, then please read on.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Take incoming calls from customer’s and executing their exact requests
  • Providing excellent customer service on each and every call
  • Advising customers of products relating to their individual needs
  • Updating the internal data base timely and accurately
  • Ensuring all Sales and KPI are targets are achieved
  • Ensure Data Protection and FSA guidelines are adhered to at all times

 

Skills Preferred:

 

  • Contact centre customer service or sales experience
  • Previous financial service’s experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in handling pressurised situations, including complaints
  • Attention to detail
  • PC Literate
  • Good time management

 

Hours of work:

 

Shifts between 8am – 8pm Monday To Friday – usual shift pattern will be 8am -4.30pm or 9am – 5pm.
