Our client, a major player within the UK banking industry are looking to recruit Compliant Handlers to join the team in their Glasgow office. The role will initially be on a 3 month contract and will involve handling customer complaints via telephone and email. You will professionally and efficiently deal with the issue, ideally resolving on the first contact. The role will involve responding to emails and proactively contacting customers to deal with their complaint and ensure no further impact on the business. Suitable candidates must have previous experience in a specific complaint handling role, ideally within financial services, however candidates who have worked in a similar role within alternative industries will be considered.
