Helpline Advisor Hillington   £14,500 - £15,500 per Annum

Our client, a major private healthcare organisation based in Hillington are recruiting for professional Helpline Advisors to start in January 2010. The role requires empathetic, confident call handlers who can deal with very sensitive situations and offer an excellent service level. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls and emails, therefore excellent time management and organisation skills are required. The role will involve an element of selling ideally you will come from a target driven environment preferably with account management experience from within the insurance industry.

Hours of work will be between 8am-8pm,37.5 hours per week, Salary £14,500 plus bonus and excellent benefits.
