MOTOR CLAIMS SPECIALIST Glasgow   Excellent salary & benefits

HR Consultancy are currently recruiting for experienced Motor Claims Specialist on behalf of a well respected and leading Insurance company based in Glasgow City Centre.        

Role

You will be responsible for dealing with all aspects of third party claims, including Personal Injury.

Main responsibilities will include; 

• Prevent litigation in all cases relating to non-personal injury claims and uninsured losses by adhering to Company processes and procedures 
• Act as a referral point for the Advisors 
• Work closely with third parties, and external organisations 
• Provide the team with an internal audit function and will strive to control third party costs whilst achieving settlement deadlines and targeted productivity 
• Responsible for own caseload of claims, with settlement authority  
• Maintaining the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction are paramount, combined with the requirement to make decisions about the validity and correct processing of the claim

Required experience

You will have sound knowledge and experience of Motor Claims, and excellent communication and negotiating skills, along with being customer focused.
